Description

In collaboration with our good friends at Zeeks Pizza we’ve made a New Zealand inspired Pilsner. The Zealander Pilsner is a compelling hybrid of German malts and yeast and New Zealand grown hops. The malt backbone of Weyermann Pilsner and Carafoam provides a classic German graininess. The big Kahuna in this Pilsner are the Zealand hops are Wakau and Wai-Iti. These hops play together to give the beer a mixture of stonefruit, lemon and lime notes. Crisp, hoppy and bold the Zealander Pilsner is waiting to be had with your next slice of pizza!
