Tasting Notes

Pale straw, gentle smoke, effervescent

Description

Grodziskie, is a historic Polish smoked beer style, pronounced “grow-JEES-kee-uh”, also known as “Polish Champagne”. It is a low-alcohol, highly carbonated, refreshingly light-bodied wheat lager, with an oak-smoke flavor melded with a clean hop bitterness. The smoke character is gentle and flavorful. Aromas and flavors of apple and pear may also be detectable. A moderate bitterness is evident which lingers throughout the finish.

Food Pairing

Grodziskie is a great anytime beer, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even at snack time. The low ABV opens up the possibility of enjoying Grodziskie all day.
