CELEBRATE EAT LOCAL AT THE KITCHEN IN AUGUST

This year we celebrate Eat Local Month in August (in past years it was September) just to mix things up! Using 50% local products in many of the items at the Kitchen in 2020, Chuckanut is highlighting local Cairnspring Mills (around the corner from our South Nut Tap Room location) Glacier flour in our pizzas and calzones on the new updated menu. Bellingham Pasta Company will also be highlighted in our Mac n Cheese now made with trufle oil and Kolsch cheese sauce and penne pasta! During the month new specials will be added to the specials board as you enter the Kitchen. Make sure to take a look or ask your server what the Eat Local Special is when you visit us! We have always championed our local food suppliers and will continue to do so as we move into the future, they are very important to us and the food we serve!

NEW BOTTLED CHUCKANUT IN AUGUST

Every month we come out with new Chuckanut biers to offer you in bottles. This month is no exception with the introduction of Summer Pale Ale. A mash up of hops & malts culminating in a bright, clean and refreshing ale takes advantage of Mandarina Bavaria and Galaxy hops for a top summer beer choice. Later in August the return of Fest Bier (winner of the 2019 GABF Bronze Medal), Rye Lager, Chuck Light, Helles Lager (multiple GABF medal winner) and some of our other standards make an appearance. We continue to update our new menu in the Kitchen so check back often to find out what's cookin. Our latest addition is the delicious Vegan Bowl with lots of fresh veggies, chick peas, sunflower seeds and avocado dressed in our smoked tomato vinaigrette! WE'VE GOT HATS

We continue to keep well stocked with our Merch so you can show your support around the area! The corduroy trucker hats have returned as well as a new logo growler design. We've also got some great women's t's and soon will add in muscle t's for guys! And there's always our logo masks and socks just in case you need them.
