NEW BEERS FOR THE NEW YEAR

Happy New Year from all of us at Chuckanut Brewery! We've got some great beers in store for you this year, including a few collaborations with our brew friends. If you haven't had the Oat Lager, Schwarzbier or Rye Lager that came out at the end of 2018 make sure to get in to taste these unusual lagers. And then get ready for the new ones coming out this month. Our Single Hop Lager will occasionally be brewed throughout the year highlighting different hops. The January Single Hop will feature the ever popular Citra hop! Big and fruity this is sure to be popular. Ethan's Table Saison is the next in the Brewers Namesake series. This easy drinking traditional saison is golden and sessionable. At the end of January Nuts of Wrath, our collaboration with Grains of Wrath in Camas, WA will be tapped. It's an Export Kulmbacher style, big and hoppy using generous amounts of Munich & Hallertau Tradition & Mittlefruh German hops. Not your typical subtle lager it's sometimes called a Schwarzbier on Steroids! 

PORT OF TRIVIA AT SOUTH NUT

Looking for something fun to do on Thursday nights? We are starting the Port of Trivia at the Port of Skagit and South Nut. Every Thursday from 5:30 pm we'll have a free Trivia competition where you can win schwag. Chuckanut is teaming up with our buddies down the road, Garden Path Fermentation to offer a little excitement at the Port. The first and third Thursdays Chuckanut's South Nut will host and the second and fourth Thursdays Garden Path takes over. If the games prove popular we may even get others at the Port to host too! The fifth Thursday is your day off to study so your ready again to play the next month!

JANUARY AT THE KITCHEN

We never stop thinking about making better and better food for you! Now we have a fabulous Herb and spice wild mushroom and barley soup. Just what you need on a wet, cold day! And we even put a Corned Beef entree on the menu that's filling and homey. Our house made vegetarian burger is vegan and delicious. And try out our new roasted potato side option to compliment your sandwich. Of course there's always the warm malty, chocolate chip cookie and ice cream to satisfy your dessert cravings! Make sure to check out the specials sheet it's always changing up.

Just to keep things interesting we continue to order new schwag! The latest is long sleeve shirts for men and women as well as new colored zippered hoodies and woolen baseball cap.
